Job Overview:
The TikTok admin is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of TikTok content, user engagement, and community guidelines. This role involves monitoring user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and supporting user interactions to maintain a positive and safe platform environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content across various formats including articles, blog posts, videos, social media posts, and newsletters.

2. Live Hosting: Host live sessions and events on our platform, engaging with our audience in real-time, and fostering meaningful interactions.

3. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies aligned with goals and objectives.

4. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries across different channels, fostering a sense of community and connection.

5. Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, relevant topics, and conversations within the motherhood community to ensure content remains timely and relevant.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including writers, designers, and social media managers to brainstorm ideas and execute content initiatives effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive user interactions.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and practices.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
