Job Role:

Lead business development for the Southern Region, including the Singapore market, by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
Ensure the regional sales team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and profitability across existing and new markets.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting plans accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Execute targeted plans for entering new markets and segments, driving sustainable growth.

Requirements:

· Possess at least Degree in any field, with at least 10 years’ experience in sales, with leadership/management experience before managing a team.

· A proven track record in developing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.

· A strong passion for sales and the ability to think quickly and innovatively.

· Decisiveness, a broad perspective, and proficient planning and analytical skills, with a knack for

problem-solving, critical thinking, and meeting deadlines.

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Self-motivation and goal orientation, with a persistent drive to achieve better results.

· Independence, proactivity, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

· Based in Kulai, Johor and willingness to travel extensively across the Southern Region
