1. Account Data Entry:

  • Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system, including sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, ensuring all financial records are complete and correctly coded.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting reports by providing clean and organized data.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by recording journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure the proper documentation of financial transactions to meet audit requirements.

2. Accounts Payable (AP) Filing:

  • Receive, review, and process supplier invoices, ensuring proper approval and coding.
  • Organize and maintain AP records, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval for audits or reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor accounts, including statements and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers via checks, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

3. Payroll Processing:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations, deductions, and payments in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data, including updating changes in salaries, benefits, or tax status.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payments to government bodies.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, including annual tax submissions (e.g., Form EA, Form E).
