The Job

Join our dynamic team as a Software Developer focused on creating desktop applications for aerial mapping analytics used in industrial monitoring. This role is crucial for developing software solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in real-world settings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced desktop applications for data analysis and visualization that aid in swift and precise decision-making.
  • Develop downstream systems to accelerate data processing and verification, increasing operational efficiency.
  • Construct robust pipelining algorithms that manage task processing, fault detection, and communication to both users and operational teams.
  • Build and maintain interactive desktop interfaces that interact seamlessly with backend systems via API integrations.
  • Work collaboratively with SW teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, determine project scopes, and define precise software specifications.
  • Document all phases of software development clearly and maintain systematic records to support software quality and upkeep.
  • Engage fully in the software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and evaluation of performance against established test protocols.
  • Provide consistent technical support, manage troubleshooting efforts, resolve bugs, and facilitate effective updates and upgrades of the application.
  • Ensure the security of operations by maintaining the confidentiality of information and protecting system integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and experienced in Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Experienced with algorithm development and data processing in Python & C#.
  • Knowledge of C++ for integrating software components like .cpp and .dll files is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent documentation skills to accurately reflect development processes and changes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
