1.Develop live-host expansion strategies and brand sales plans, identify high-quality hosts (livehost, KOLs & Affiliates) and MCN agencies on TikTok. Help company establish in-depth collaborations with the hosts to achieve sales targets, and be responsible for GMV and ROI.

2.Independently handle initial business negotiations with live-hosts and agencies, oversee the entire business cooperation process, manage commission rates, revenue ratios, cooperation methods, and contract signing.

3. Develop and execute live-host collaboration strategies and plans, track collaboration results, adjust strategies as needed, and continuously improve host expansion and collaboration methods to ensure objectives are met.

4.Based on strategy, manage the full process of livestreaming, including scheduling, product selection, and follow-up on livestream performance for KOLs and affiliates. Regularly analyze sales data to enhance livestreaming revenue.

5. Analyze sales data from livestream hosts and traffic data from their backend. Provide recommendations to optimize livestream collaboration based on data analysis, enhancing the effectiveness of livestream selling.

6. Responsible for talent development and management of the livestream hosts, including mentorship and guidance.

7. Recruit and retain TikTok affiliates, establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, and monitor affiliate performance.

8. KOL Management: Identify and collaborate with KOLs in the industry, negotiate partnerships and contracts with KOLs, and coordinate KOL campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.

9. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both affiliate marketing and KOL partnerships, track and measure campaign performance, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.

10. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates & KOLs to enhance brand visibility and reputation, also collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and goals.

'- Min. 2 years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing or related fields, experienced in the FMCG industry is preferred

- Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and/or partnerships with KOLs.

- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and performance metrics.

- Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, including knowledge of popular influencers, bloggers, and celebrities, as well as emerging trends in influencer marketing.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track KPIs and measure ROI.

- Ability to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.

- Willing to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in the digital marketing landscape.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Result-oriented, able to successfully meet annual performance targets

- Excellent business negotiation skills and communication abilities. Strong data analysis skills, with the capability to conduct reviews and provide solutions based on data insights.
