  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our 18-months Graduate Development Program (GDP) to provide you the experience and exposure to diverse manufacturing operations. We train, equip and prepare young talents for the challenging working world in a manufacturing working environment. Coached & Mentored by Experienced Leaders.

You'll gain hands-on learning experience in daily operations through challenging work and improvement projects.

We are looking for graduates to be placed in the departments below:

Production

Warehouse

Quality Assurance

Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotational Job Roles: Gain hands-on experience across various departments including Production, Warehousing, Quality Control and Assurance.
  • Experience and complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned operation unit.
  • Participating in meetings, improvement projects and other learning.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members on day-to-day operations and tasks.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Engineering/Business and any related fields in manufacturing
  • Resilience, adaptable, self-motivated and eager to overcome challenges
  • Willing to work in manufacturing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
