Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Financial Functional Consultant, you’ll be a key contributor in guiding businesses through their ERP journey, from pre sales activities to post-implementation support. Your role will involve:
- Participating in pre sales engagements, presenting solutions that align with client needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into actionable system configurations
- Conducting user requirement gathering workshops and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Leading system configuration based on signed-off business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals
- Working with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions
- Assisting in preparing test scenarios and scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitating end-to-end testing
- Conducting UAT to ensure the ERP solution meets performance expectations
- Providing ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring users maximize system functionality
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP and financial technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Financial expertise is essential, with knowledge of distribution and manufacturing processes as a plus
- Experience with accounting responsibilities is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
