Job Description:
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews with candidates across volume hiring campaigns.
- Screen and assess candidates efficiently to manage large pools of applicants.
- Shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews on a mass scale, ensuring timely and smooth scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and organized communication, especially in high-volume recruitment scenarios.
- Develop and participate in diverse candidate sourcing strategies tailored to large-scale recruitment needs, including job fairs, online platforms, and referral programs.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, ensuring accurate recording of all resourcing activities on the HR Information System (HRIS) while maintaining detailed tracking for high-volume recruitment metrics.
Eligible Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience handling volume hiring/in a similar role
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese, will be advantageous.
- Good Time Management
- Able to interact with all levels
- Able to work independently and in a team

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
