Job description:
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Assist the Japanese superior in the day-to-day office duties.
- Assist in the new office setup.
- Serve as a liaison between the Japanese expatriates and local Malaysian staff.
- Responsible for translating documents from Japanese to English/Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa.
- Prepare sales related documentations (e.g. DO, invoice etc.).
- Liaise with the relevant local authorities and government bodies when necessary (e.g. license matters, permits, regulations etc.).
- Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the company.
Requirements:
- Education Background: Degree/Diploma
- Years of experience: 5 years of experience in office administrative tasks
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- JLPT : above N2 (Document translation will be required)
- Willing to relocate to Bintulu. (Accommodation will be provided)
- Open to working in a factory setting.

Working hours:Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm
