Job description:

  • Perform general office administrative duties.
  • Assist the Japanese superior in the day-to-day office duties.
  • Assist in the new office setup.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Japanese expatriates and local Malaysian staff.
  • Responsible for translating documents from Japanese to English/Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa.
  • Prepare sales related documentations (e.g. DO, invoice etc.).
  • Liaise with the relevant local authorities and government bodies when necessary (e.g. license matters, permits, regulations etc.).
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Education Background: Degree/Diploma
  • Years of experience: 5 years of experience in office administrative tasks
  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • JLPT : above N2 (Document translation will be required)
  • Willing to relocate to Bintulu. (Accommodation will be provided)
  • Open to working in a factory setting.

Company Industry: Trading Company

Working Location: Bintulu, Sarawak (After training in KL for 6 months)

Working hours:Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm
