Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Management
  • Manage partner empanelment and listing updates, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and policies for Loan referrals.
  • Managing policies and guides; work closely with Cash business partner referral team to review empanelment policies and guide, including period reviews.
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance; track and evaluate the performance of Loan referral partners. Provide updates to sales teams on the progress of referred cases.
  • Develop Partner Referral program to drive incremental loan referrals including imposing business account opening for drawdown. Work with Cash business partner referral team to drive operating account.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of ongoing campaign initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize according to the defined objectives, for both partner and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure full compliance of processes, review, campaign fulfilment requirements, regulatory and statutory guidelines.
  • Assist in campaign fulfilment, i.e. downloading of reports from SharePoint and share with stakeholders for verification/matching for reward eligibility, raise STD claims to HR for income tax reporting purpose and send communications to sales campaign achievers, and so on.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience relevant to marketing or sales management
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skill
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Customer centric with an inquisitive and passionate mindset.
  • Robust analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touchpoints across all channels and platforms.

  • Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
