IT Operation Executive

The position reports to IT Operations Manager, supporting to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT system and application operations, serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers, address operational issues and concern in a timely manner, maintain data hygiene and responsible for submitting various reports.

· Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards.

· Serve as the first contact to interact with customers by phone or email to resolve their problems related issues.

· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service. Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT service requests and incidents.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent and / or

· Work related diploma holders with minimum 1 years’ experience.

· Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes:

· Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software and network is necessary.

· Good documentation and reporting skills.

· Good analytical, incident, problem management skill and attention to detail.

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.

· Customer-oriented and patient.

· Team oriented with ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders especially with customers of diverse background.

· High level of integrity, willing to learn, takes accountability of work and good attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
