Along the years, we have been diversifying our products and ventured into Consumer vertical, hence here we are to support for Narwal (a pioneering technology company and a lifestyle brand) for the robotic vacuum cleaner. This role will be supporting marketing strategy and initiative for this lifestyle vertical.

About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Executive to spearhead our B2C marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand recognition, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to all aspects of marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the overall B2C marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, ecomm, email, print, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media ads, etc.). Utilize data analytics to track and improve the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
