Job Function:

You will be responsible for overseeing the application training for Oncology and Neuroscience equipment, along with any related products assigned. Your role is pivotal in assisting the department to achieve key company objectives, including enhancing customer satisfaction, training, product promotion, marketing, and sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive application training programs for Oncology and Neuroscience equipment, ensuring successful training delivery to end-users following equipment installation, both domestically and internationally.
  2. Schedule and conduct application training sessions for internal teams across all departments and branches.
  3. Design, organize, and deliver accredited training courses in partnership with hospitals and medical center, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health guidelines.
  4. Manage the sales and inventory of assigned products, including new, used, and demo equipment, along with relevant accessories and consumables.
  5. Schedule and execute application training for end-users, ensuring thorough documentation and feedback collection post-training.
  6. Complete follow-up actions within 60 days, maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and training outcomes.
  7. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on training programs and schedules.
  8. Maintain and analyze the application support database, ensuring all cases are logged, monitored, and resolved efficiently.
  9. Review and improve current clinical practices and workflows to enhance system implementations and operational effectiveness.
  10. Provide on-site and remote support during the Go-Live phase, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, enhancing the overall sales process.
  12. Actively promote equipment through seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives. Conduct engaging product demonstrations while ensuring demo equipment is always maintained in optimal condition.
  13. Address customer inquiries related to assigned products, providing consultations and conducting equipment demonstrations. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  14. Conduct comprehensive market research on competitor activities to inform and refine sales strategies.
  15. Identify and establish relationships with new clients while ensuring their creditworthiness. Foster strong after-sales support to maintain customer goodwill.
  16. Conduct regular visits to customers for satisfaction surveys, retraining sessions, and ongoing support.
  17. Support for Principal Interface Department (PID): Monitor training schedules and ensure the effective delivery of equipment and accessories to customers. Collect attendance data from all training sessions for compliance and evaluation purposes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Compile and submit detailed reports on training activities and customer interactions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  2. Project a professional image while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry partners.
  3. Engage in ongoing learning to enhance knowledge of company products and self-management skills aligned with company objectives.
  4. Champion departmental goals and contribute positively to the company’s mission and values.
  5. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Pre-requisite / Expectation:

  • Education: Must possess a Degree in Radiotherapy.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working as a Radiation Therapist.
  • Transport & Travel: Must have own car and be willing to travel within state/ outstation and oversea as required.
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • Personal Attributes: Self–starter with initiative and capable to work independently. Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
