Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all aspects of company administration. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company administration. The Admin Executive will report to the HR Manager and other department heads to foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations for the company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh grad are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of company admin practices, and local regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, people engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work at Shah Alam Section 15
- Monday to Friday.
- Malaysians only.
- Performance driven and enthusiastic is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
