  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Operation task:

-Planning every day delivery for lorry and driver

-Dealing with client and driver during delivery process

-Monitor delivery and ensure operation running smoothly

-Compiling delivery order and submit to client

. Human Resources Task:

-Monitor daily staff attendance

-Responsible in recruitment process (selection, advertising, interviewing, etc)

-Handle monthly staff wages (commisions, overtime)

-Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and personal file

. Administrative Task:

-Handle license-related matters such as PUSPAKOM, lorry roadtax, insurance, etc.

-Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, daily and monthly report,

and etc.

-Maintain office supplies.

-Any other ad-hoc task instructed.

QUALIFICATION

-Candidate must posses at least diploma or bachelor's degree in business adminisration

or a related field

-1-2 years of experience in similar role will be added advantages.

-Fresh graduates are welcomed.

-Possess a positive attitude, responsible, willing to learn and self-discipline.

WHAT WE OFFER
