HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job description
- Handle HR functions, including strategies, recruitment, payroll, training & development, compensation & benefits, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Efficiently manage office administration by maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure a smooth work environment.
- Support employee disciplinary and performance management, including investigating reported cases and applying company procedures for corrective actions.
- Act as an employee advocate by communicating effectively with staff and being available for HR-related queries.
- Participate in audits to identify and address any company loopholes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prefer 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of Sabah Cap 67 Labour Ordinance.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Able to start immediately or on short notice (preferred).
Salary based on experience.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
