HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job description

  • Handle HR functions, including strategies, recruitment, payroll, training & development, compensation & benefits, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Efficiently manage office administration by maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Support employee disciplinary and performance management, including investigating reported cases and applying company procedures for corrective actions.
  • Act as an employee advocate by communicating effectively with staff and being available for HR-related queries.
  • Participate in audits to identify and address any company loopholes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prefer 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Sabah Cap 67 Labour Ordinance.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice (preferred).

Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
