Junior Account Executive (Tiles Distributor / Tebrau)

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records.
• Perform daily data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining ledgers and reconciling bank accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
• Prepare debtor and creditor aging reports.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on customer payments.
• Manage petty cash and process employee expense claims.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
• Must be able to work in Tebrau.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
