Providing legal advice to parent company and subsidiaries, corresponding with the group, identify, clarify and propose all related legal matters.
2. Researching information and preparing legal documents / contracts / agreements.
3. Attending meeting with clients to assist on legal matters especially for contract / agreement or related matters.
4. Keeping up to date with changes and / or amendment and / or revision on legislation and acts.
5. Assist and working alongside with paralegals, legal secretaries and other legal professionals.
6. Evaluation on the risk of contract / agreement / company collaboration or relevant in legal perspective.
7. First level support to conduct a legal matter against company clients / vendors / partners or any related to it.
8. Assist and conduct a corporate secretarial task to Board of Directors as deemed necessary.
9. Support and advice for investment team in related to pitching, meetings or discussion with prospect clients or any related investment portfolios.
10. Any other assigned ad-hoc jobs as requested.
11. Carrying out the tasks as directed from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Legal: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
