  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements & Remarks:

*Experience are required.

*Must willing to travel to site, for site visit, attend meeting, training session, course/seminar, site valuation and anything related Site.

* Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

*Computer literate with strong spread sheet

skills.

*Able to work independently and self motivated.

Job Scope will be assist to senior in:

*Assist in preparation of tender submission.

*Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and

find suppliers for the projects and ensuring

expenses within budget.

*Responsible for measurement of quantities

and cost estimation.

*Liases with suppliers and contractors to get

proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation.

*Timely preparation of bills of quantities,

technical data & unit rate.

*Other duties assigned by Management .

*Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs,

as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

*Keeping track of materials and ordering more

when required.

Must knowledgeable to ID works, Carpentry works and Ceiling / Drywall partition Works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
