Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, technician and contractors to ensure smooth servicing flow.
- To maintain good relationship with customer.
- To achieve sales target set by company.
- Manage the hiring, staffing, training and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce to support the service team.
- Improve service process and operational effectiveness.
- Manage, guide service engineers and service technician.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all service operations and schedule in intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Involve in company ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- To follow up with Contract Servicing and update sales team for renewal.
- Supervise the work of technicians, engineer and give them guidance when needed.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Responsible to design the servicing timeline.
- To prepare monthly management meeting report/presentation for service division
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
