POSITION OVERVIEW: Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and help customers find the products they need.
  • Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, recommending products, and promoting special offers or promotions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including Tineco, Ecovacs, Dibea, and Usmile, to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain an orderly and attractive store environment.
  • Checkout Operations: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments. Provide receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and support store operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Open for Malaysia citizen only
  • Able to start immediately
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to adapt to retail working environment (shift working schedule, weekends & PH)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
