Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Irehab Physiotherapy Centre, Ss17/1a in Subang Jaya. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, to do payroll and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and contracts.
• Perform financial analyses, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and generating financial reports.
• Experience to do payroll
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and clients.
• Recognize and suggest enhancements to processes and superior approaches
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and MS Excel

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to work independently
• Able to do full set account
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
