Store Supervisor

· Overall responsible for the proper arrangement of raw materials, finished goods, and pigment stores. In charge of proper housekeeping in the store and surrounding area.

· Prepare and check daily store reports and troubleshoot for any discrepancies

· Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned store employees.

· Ensure all delivery and receiving items are correct against the delivery orders.

· Liaise with the transporter for daily delivery of finished goods timely.

· Overall in charge of monthly and yearly stock take and reconciliation of physical stock and book figures.

· Proper arrangement of incoming and outgoing goods according to schedule.

· Issue Waste Damage Report for damaged materials and liaise with Admin for insurance claims.

· Issue and filing of Gate pass for delivery of finished goods.

. Ensure proper maintenance of the forklift.

· Ensure the timely unstuffing of containers preventing incurring of detention and demurrage penalty by shipping companies.

· Act as Internal quality auditor and attend ISO meetings.

· Taking up the role of poison licensed person if being appointed.

· Attend to customers’ stock take at our premises.

· Adherence and enforcement of safety & health policies and procedures.

· Participate in the 5S implementation, cultivate and practice 5S at all times.

· Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
