Overall Job Function:

The Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for assisting with general administrative processes, overall housekeeping, and the day-to day functioning of the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the receptionist, welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
  • Coordinate administrative functions and oversee all aspects of general office and departments.
  • Control and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment as needed.
  • To monitor overall office cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Receive and distribute correspondences to the necessary parties.
  • Oversee company vehicles maintenance, including lorry inspection, insurance, and road tax renewals.
  • To update company project name list.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience.
  • Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset and attitude.

Job Location: Kempas Utama, Johor Bahru.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am-6pm)

Good performer entitled for yearly company incentive trip / up to 5 months bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
