  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of accounting functions and activities.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation results
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports
  • Prepare and monitor the Company’s cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Able to interpret and perform financial analysis.
  • Ensure the accounts are prepared accurately and timely for reporting to the management
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, company policies and control procedure and related statutory/tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with external tax/audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purposes.
  • Timely preparation, submission and filing of withholding tax and SST
  • Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax-related matters
  • Ensure proper recording or filling of documents are maintained
  • Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans in reporting and analysis to ensure the finance department continues to evolve to address the changes in the business needs as an added advantage.
  • Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA) with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality.
  • Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS.
  • Knowledge in Autocount accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Experience in trading or IT related accounting work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
