  • Attending to phone calls and vetting letters, notices and memos
  • Filing of documents, letters and memos.
  • Typing letters, memos and notices.
  • To provide customers service to residents/owners in handling complaints, inquiries and information.
  • Attend to all administration and front office accounts.
  • Other relevant duties required pertaining to management and maintenance of the building
  • Manage and ensure maintenance jobs and records are up to date.
  • Response to resident's complaints or enquiries
  • Coordinate the administration of office work.
  • Ensure emergency contact is up to date at all times.
  • Execute and compile day-to-day billing, charges and refund timely.
