  • To generate Sales Order as per time set from the agency.
  • To transfer consignment delivery into system and pass to logistic for packing.
  • To generate the picking list in system and arrange for store to pick and check ready for loading.
  • To prepare necessary document and charge order reject document to Human Resources.
  • To prepare related document / invoice for delivery purpose.
  • To double check and confirm Consignment Note in system before pass to Section manager.
  • To verify and conform quantity, reason and location of goods in system before pass to Section Manager.
  • To make sure all invoices scanned and returned on time.
  • To double check D log book invoice number tally with hard copy printed before signed off.
  • To ensure that the jobs are handled as per the set SOP.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Minimum CGPA 2.5)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in KKIP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

  • Bahasa and English (Preferred)
