Account Executive

Responsibilities: -

• Manage full set of accounts and perform reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet & profit/loss statement)
• Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly financial & management reports and analysis
• Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet, P&L schedules and bank reconciliations
• Prepare import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
• Functions would include computations, journal, accounting entries and other accounting duties. Maintaining the accounting records and system to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Closing all monthly accounts and prepare all accounting schedules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports.
• Assist in yearly forecast and budgets
• Liaise with external parties, eg. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when require

Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Accounting or any other equivalent qualification.
• Required skills: Microsoft office, MYOB/SAP system
• Have internship experience in related field
• Analytical, meticulous and independent with good inter-personal skills
• Committed, disciplined and have strong sense of responsibilities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Senior Account Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
