Join us as a Account Assistant Manager! We are looking for candidates with a proven ability to supervise accounting activities and lead the preparation of standardized account-related work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Candidates with experience in BPO agencies, Fintech, or Web 3.0 sectors are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To analyse and interpret operational and accounting data to explain variations and trends about previous periods, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Supervise accounts activities and lead the preparation of standardised account-related work.
  • Supervise a team of staff responsible for all accounting- and finance-related functions.
  • Review a full set of accounts.
  • Consolidate Group Financial Statements.
  • Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting reports.
  • Collaborating with the internal cross-functional team and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • To develop an implementation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the finance and accounting documentation/records workflow within the department, with other units/departments, and with relevant external parties to ensure efficiency in work.
  • Answer client queries and developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key executives and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of audit experiences or supervisory experiences (lead role).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Well versed in computerised accounting systems, such as SQL, Autocount, Xero, Quickbooks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
  • Preferably candidates who can join us within short notice.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
