  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job description

Job Scope:

  • Track the sales agents Performance day to day (manual update of the hourly performance of the inside sales team & field sales team)
  • Performance Compilation of all sales personnel on a monthly basis
  • Checking the accuracy of data to ensure report is deviation-free
  • Maintain and update sales agent’s performance and customer records
  • Stay up-to-date with any new projects and updates in every google sheet
  • Any other administrative & data maintenance task assigned

Working Arrangement:

  • Monday - Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
  • Sat ( Alternate at office / hybrid / WFH)
  • Lunch Break: Monday - Friday (1 hour between 12.00 PM - 2.00 PM)
  • Sunday: Rest day

Requirement:

  • Applicants with degrees in data analytics, database management, or statistics are encouraged to apply.
  • Have good knowledge in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Have knowledge in Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Meticulous.

  • Problem-solving skills
