Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations
- Ability to manage a team of building staff
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable and familiar with Strata Act (757)
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services
- Manage and supervise the building staff, including maintenance workers, security personnel, and cleaning staff
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Develop and manage the building budget, including forecasting and cost control
- Maintain relationships with tenants and handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure the building is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Develop and implement building policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans for the property
- Taking care of relations and affairs with the Commissioner of Building and other statutory bodies.
