Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and certainly must possess excellent communication skills. You will be Zerin’s brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns related to the Real Estate industry
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Assist in content writing for publications, such as newsletters, press releases, event speeches, research reports, brochures, and corporate deck.
• Coordinate with agents to create marketing campaigns
• To plan and execute events (Marketing and non-Marketing)
• To build a strong relationship and to engage with potential and existing clients.
• Apply and renew related certifications, accreditations and licenses
• To assist Real Estate Agents with their day-to-day activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing, Communications, Real Estate Management
• 1-2 Years Experience in Marketing, Communication or advertising
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Editing,
• Self-Motivated and have Strong Leadership Skills,
• Strong Attention to Detail,
• Experience in Content Management Systems
• Candidates with Real Estate Marketing background is an added advantage
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
