The primary point of contact between owners, site supervisors, and the admin team. They will manage communication, coordinate permits, oversee progress updates, and ensure seamless handovers. This role will also involve assisting owners with key administrative tasks, payment collection, and other support to ensure projects run smoothly and meet owner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Weekly Progress Updates to Owners:

  • Provide weekly updates to owners on the status of their renovation projects.
  • Collect detailed progress reports from site supervisors and the admin team to deliver accurate information.
  • Respond to owner inquiries and address any concerns.

2. Permit Applications & Liaison with Management Office (MO):

  • Assist owners with renovation permit applications and ensure all documents are properly submitted to the management office.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all interactions with the MO to facilitate smooth project initiation.
  • Follow up on pending actions required by the MO for compliance.

3. Liaison for Keys & Access Cards:

  • Liaise with howners to obtain the unit’s key and access cards after the sale, ensuring that the renovation team can access the property.
  • Track the receipt and handover of keys and access cards, ensuring the security of all project-related materials.

4. Payment Collection:

  • Coordinate with owners to collect payments for various stages of the renovation, ensuring timely billing and receipt of funds.
  • Work closely with the finance team to keep payment records up to date and report any delays in collections.

5. Unit Handover to Owner:

  • Oversee the final handover process, ensuring that all renovations meet the agreed-upon standards.
  • Coordinate with the site team to ensure any final inspections or quality checks are completed before handover.
  • Guide owners through a final walkthrough of their unit and address any concerns.

6. Owner Issue Resolution:

  • Act as the first point of contact for owners to address and resolve any issues that arise during the renovation process.
  • Collaborate with the renovation team to resolve any owner concerns efficiently and professionally.

7. Other Administrative and Support Tasks:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the renovation team, such as scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and organizing site visits.
  • Provide additional support to the renovation department as required to facilitate smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of renovation processes and permit applications is a plus.
  • Experience in handling payments, invoicing, or financial transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
