Job Summary:
The Tele Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for job openings within the company. This role involves making outbound calls to candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process with the hiring managers. The Tele Recruiter plays a key role in building a talent pipeline and ensuring the company attracts top-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates based on job openings and sourcing lists.
- Design job descriptions in accordance to industries and job requirement
- Carry out job postings through job boards, social media, and website
- Network with potential candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Provide detailed information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide feedback on candidate qualifications and help refine search criteria as needed.
- Prepare reports and submission for JTK compliance.
- Adhoc assignment for HR activities support.
Qualifications:
- Possessa minumim SPM, Diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full English working proficiency; include Bahasa & Mandarin an added advantage
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess a drive personality with result oriented.
- Work well as a team with hiring managers and colleague

Working Conditions:
- Full-time or part-time position or Freelance basis.
- Work location based Bandar Mahkota Cheras.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
