  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support if needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
