Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of financial documents, including invoices, bills, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering financial queries.
• Assist in the processing of payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Provide support during audits and other financial examinations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software AutoCount is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
