Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of financial documents, including invoices, bills, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering financial queries.
- Assist in the processing of payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide support during audits and other financial examinations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software AutoCount is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
