Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to join our team in THAILAND. The ideal candidate will be a Thai national fluent in Thai & English language with an in-depth understanding of market environment in the Brokerage Services (FX & CFDs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and expanding a client portfolio through email and phone communications.
  • Daily handling of new client leads.Promoting our diverse range of products and services to clients.
  • Proactively following up on queries and promptly providing customer feedback.
  • Keeping clients informed about new products and promotions.
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve specified objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Thai & English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in account management, preferably in the FX and CFDs industry.
  • Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market and trading practices.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
