Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects while ensuring effective communication and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead, plan, execute, and monitor the progress of projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to the budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
  • Corporate Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication related to the projects.
  • Develop and maintain communication strategies that promote the project’s goals and achievements.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports and updates to the Director and stakeholders.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote project activities and engage with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, mentions, and discussions about the projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that highlights project milestones and success stories.
  • Track social media analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns related to the project.
  • Ensure that the project’s marketing efforts are aligned with the overall corporate marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and other project-related marketing activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Organize meetings, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders to keep them informed of project developments.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in marketing or communication projects.
  • Strong corporate communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate environment or with corporate clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content creation and social media analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time
