  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Regularly evaluate service channels, analyze their operational efficiency and service levels, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Collect customer feedback, analyze customer satisfaction data, and develop improvement plans.
  • Provide training and technical support to service partners to enhance their service levels and skills.
  • Adjust service strategies based on analysis results to ensure continuous improvement of service channels.
  • Continuously refine and adjust service processes and standards based on market and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in electronics, mechanical, or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service channel management.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
  • Good communication skill and engaging personality

Working Location: Bangsar South City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
