We are Hiring for Retail Sales Assistant for a Upcoming store at Petalling Jaya , Malaysia.

Responsibility

The Retail Assistant is responsible for processing buy and sell transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that the store is clean and its stock well-maintained.

They will ideally possess knowledge and experience in electronics ranging from consumer devices to gaming peripherals and be able to properly evaluate the condition of second-hand electronics that are presented to them.

Responsibilities:

Greet and provide customers with our services and assistance.

Address customer service issues such as concerns, queries, or complaints confidently.

Process sales and purchase transactions on the POS (Point of Sale).

Examine, evaluate, and test all stock bought in as per purchase SOPs.

Ensure the store and its inventory are always neat, clean, and organized.

Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.

Take stock and reorganize merchandise as needed.

Provide product knowledge to customers.

Adhere to and follow all store policies, systems, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred

Experience and passion in consumer and gaming electronics is an added advantage.

Team player and eager to develop and grow in the retail industry.

Minimum SPM or equivalent.
