  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Project Manager – Data Center overall responsibility is to lead and oversee the execution of each stage of a project and drive the team to achieve project goal and ensure it is delivered within time frame and budget.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase.
2. Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
3. Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, and be responsible for the result of project profitability
4. Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.

Preferred qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years project management experience in project delivery experience in Data Center or relevant Facility MEP Construction
• Must be familiar with Data Center Facility system including but not limited to Electrical System, Cooling system, Security System, Fire Protection System, Building Management System, etc.
• Be familiar with Project Management Skills, including but not limited to Integrated Management, Progress Management, Quality Management, Procurement Management, Cost Management, etc.
• Candidate must understand the Malaysia’s local construction regulations, including but not limited to work permit.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Primavera or other related project management tools.
• PMP certificate or relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skill of communication in English.
