Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Contract Manager & Director
• Handling pre, post contractual matters as well as final accounts
• Responsible for overall tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with the architect and the client in accordance to the building and construction regulations
• Able to handle tender from A to Z including identifying suitable sub-contractors to submit quotation
• Able to check, prepare and submit progress claim accurately and timely
• To lead and manage juniors under your supervision
• Handles variation order and cost analysis for VO works
• Attend tender interview if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey
• Full scope of pre & post in a similar capacity, preferably in infrastructure construction
• Able to take instructions and work independently under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad or other related software
