DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Supply Chain to assist in the following:

  • Shipment marking – mapping shipping document
  • Tracking of incoming shipment status
  • Preparing and routing Stock Conversion Form for approval
  • Preparing and routing Request for Repackaging Form for approval
  • Monitoring and following-up of stock conversion readiness
  • Monitoring and updating Distribution & Warehousing KPI from time to time
  • Replenishment planning and monitoring of branch stock transfer
  • Monthly and Weekly stock upload reporting
  • Facilitating stock code creation in coordination with Distributor
  • Facilitating stock code creation in the FuturCast system
  • Identify root cause of Complaint cases, monitoring trending and updating of Complaint Tracker
  • Monitoring and reviewing Customer Service Level Report from the Distributor by verifying non-fulfilment root caused
  • Arranging meetings
  • Projects that are assigned from time to time
  • Other tasks that are assigned from time to time


Purchasing – to assist in the following:

  • Learning the process of source to pay
  • Prepare Spend report, PO report
  • Consolidating PO non-compliance
  • Sending out and compiling Supplier Performance Evaluation to Requesters/ Business
  • Arranging meetings/ trainings with suppliers and internal business partner
  • Other tasks that are assigned from time to time



Position Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • 1 year of experience in performing Supply Chain or Purchasing or Finance function is preferred
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
