Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions (Inclusive of talent acquisition, talent development, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefit) and provision of all HR operational activities.
  • Be the local advisory on HR operational issues, ensuring compliance with local labour rules and regulations.
  • Provide advice and counsel to Management on HR queries and employee relation matters, including disciplinary / grievances handling.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly reports as per requirements.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities and vendor management.
  • Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and managerial position.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Able to handle ISO and HR audit.
  • Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, high integrity, positive attitude and able to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Familiar with MS Office application.
  • Self-motivated and committed, mature, confident and can work independently.
  • Required skill(s): Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, Communication, decision-making ability.
