Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions (Inclusive of talent acquisition, talent development, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefit) and provision of all HR operational activities.
Be the local advisory on HR operational issues, ensuring compliance with local labour rules and regulations.
Provide advice and counsel to Management on HR queries and employee relation matters, including disciplinary / grievances handling.
Prepare monthly and yearly reports as per requirements.
Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities and vendor management.
Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and managerial position.
Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
Able to handle ISO and HR audit.
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, high integrity, positive attitude and able to interact with employees at all levels.
Familiar with MS Office application.
Self-motivated and committed, mature, confident and can work independently.
