Job Description:

  • Managing the KAM team, act as a coacher or trainer to groom the potential talents.
  • Maintain key relationships and advise customers to grow and identify new opportunities for mutual benefits.
  • Propose solutions to resolve problems and execute plans to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Analyze and recommend changes based on scenarios to improve business strategies and ensure effective trade promotions.
  • Provide advice to the team on how to negotiate well with key customers to obtain beneficial trading terms and listings for new launches to meet distribution targets.
  • Monitor account receivables aging report and collaborate closely with other related departments to resolve outstanding issues promptly.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with actions plan.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in FMCG (food & beverage industry preferred) and in Modern Trade.
  • Good leadership and people-oriented.
  • Possess strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Capable to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
