  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To implement total maintenance program for the company, provide repairing and maintenance solution, and ensure best practice in place.
  • Making necessary arrangement for preventive maintenance and periodic monitoring for all machineries, equipment, building and facilities.
  • Conducting routine inspections of the equipment and premises. Assisting production in all basic repair request, machine breakdown or other maintenance issue to ensure no production breakdown.
  • Assisting admin department in building and facility maintenance. Coordinating internal and external work and ensure compliance to the company regulation and statutory.
  • Communicating with related authorities such as Safety Officer, JKKP, DOE for annual inspection/ renewal (where applicable).
  • Ensuring safe practice in all work and ensure installation of safety feature are in place at all machineries.
  • Keeping all maintenance records, service report, RPM168 OEE & OBE Downtime and other ISO related document.
  • Keep track maintenance tools, spare parts & equipment stock in a proper manner.
  • All Maintenance work on machineries, electrical and facilities and overseeing external contractors works.
  • Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
  • Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
  • Execute continuous improvement on equipment RPM 168 OEE/OBE and adhere to EHS safety hazards reduction.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance for production equipment according to ISO9001:2015
  • Able and willing to work in normal and 12 hours shift. Quick response on call basis.
  • Assist and carry out any other task/ assignment and project assigned by Production Manager, Process Engineer/ Superior

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least A4 Chargeman certificate, as issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) Basic programming.
  • Able to read Electrical Diagram and trouble shoot electrical circuit, and has at least 2 years of experience as an A4 Chargeman or electrician.
  • Able to perform mechanical repair such as pumps, motor, pneumatics system.
  • Able to troubleshoot lightings and power supply.
  • Basics Welding Skill is a bonus.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Easily adapting to change of demand and request.
  • Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
  • Independent and process good analytical skills
  • Able to maintain Generator and troubleshooting.
