LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Overall:

Our Company is specializing in export operations. With a focus on delivering excellence, our business through international exports, serving key markers in the US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth management of our logistics and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the logistics process for international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to key markets including the US, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
• Maintain relationship with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations.
• Track and report on the status of shipment, monitoring for delays and managing disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists and export declarations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with production schedules and customer requirement.
• Evaluate logistics performance and suggest improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, logistics or it’s related.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain activities, preferably with a focus on international exports.
• Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures and international shipping practices.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail.
• Able to execute multi tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in Mandarin is desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
