Job Title: Account & Administrative Junior Executive

Location: Skudai / Senai, Johor

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, 5 days (Weekends Off)

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, organised individual to join our team as an Account & Admin Executive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in daily sales report and payments reconciliation with settlements (High transaction volume nature similar to F&B outlets / Petrol Stations)
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay Language to deal with various language customers and suppliers.
  • Accounting skills, including experience with Double Entry, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Proficiency in SQL Accounting system (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Good Admin and Excel skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and compile daily sales reports based on closing settlements.
  • Reconcile daily payment settlements for high transaction volume nature similar to F&B outlets and Petrol Stations.
  • Reconcile customer accounts receivables and cash settlement
  • Reconcile prepaid top up balances
  • Manage, document and monitor suppliers invoice, delivery orders and payments
  • Verify inventory audit carried out on a quarterly basis.
  • Journal Entry into SQL Accounting Software.
  • Assist Senior Executive in Monthly Payroll matters.
  • Administrative tasks.

The pay range for this position is RM2400 to RM3600 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
