RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will champion an end-to-end talent acquisition cycle (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and building pipeline) including internship and graduate training programmes.
  • You will support in maintaining accurate data in the Talent Acquisition database and other HR-related reports.
  • You will execute and support Talent Acquisition events such as career fairs, and university engagement activities.
  • You will drive the HR process improvement-related digitalization project/ employee engagement and branding activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • Well-versed in using Office365 (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Good command of English
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
