Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries on social media regarding services.
- Scheduling appointment for different outlets.
- Handle post-service feedback.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing marketing tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Candidates who are proficient in all major languages will be of advantageous (English, Malay, Mandarin)
- Candidates with experience or background in any medical field will be prioritized
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel & Word) and basic computer function
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Committed, trustworthy, fast learner and possess own transport
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment
